The New Year's special menu to pick up was an absolute letdown! For about 30 euros per person you really expect more than what was given out there. And then there is still the fact that you let your guests wait 1.5 hours outside in the cold despite an appointment because the exclusively cold dishes were not ready. People, that really has nothing to do with technical problems, it was just unprofessional and a cheeky rude towards its guests. For me it was the last time in this restaurant!

We had to wait a bit on New Year's Eve, but it was worth it, because the food was plentiful and very tasty ... Ordered and picked up the most delicious pizza again this evening, we are looking forward to more normal times and cozy meals in the restaurant ...

Got dinner here a couple of days ago for pickup.. Eventhough it was pretty busy the staff was really quick in preparing my order. The restaurant staff seems very professional, the food was delicious!! Once restrictions are over I would love to come back for in restaurant dinner..

One of the most authentic Italian restaurants in Germany, Bleckede should consider itself very lucky! The owners are kind, the food is delicious, the menu is genuine Italian food, couldn't ask for more or better, I'm always happy to return!

New Year's Eve special menu, with a 1.5 hour queue outside and another 15 minutes waiting in the shop, despite ordering at 6.30 p.m., because there should be something warm there, but it wasn't. If the order is accepted by December 23. and selection of a pick-up time you should have known who is coming and when. At home we also find out that not everything was there that was on offer, especially not warm things such as was communicated over the phone. We divided the 2-person plate onto 2 plates and had to cut through individual pieces, why only everything on one plate. In terms of taste, it was OK, but a bit less for the price, I have to say I haven't given any bad reviews, I'd rather not have rated it at all, but I wanted to have said that once. It is certainly a great place in day-to-day business

I was there with you with my mom and unfortunately .. I have to say it didn't taste as we imagined, and waited a long time for nothing: /

The long wait made the good Italian food worth it

Unfortunately, the Corona rule was not observed in the evening 👎👎 that is not possible!

The food is well prepared and tastes good, but if you order something to be picked up you will be disappointed. Bad organization and no structure in this restaurant. Yesterday I had to wait in front of the restaurant for 1.5 hours at 2 ° + with about 20 other people who had all ordered to be picked up. Instead of an apology or information about the waiting time to the waiting guests, nothing in this regard came from the owner. For me it wasn't the first time that I had to wait despite pre-ordering, but yesterday was the absolute highlight of the whole thing. For me you can see that I was there last time.

The best pizza -for me- in the Lüneburg district! I love to eat your pizzas. The pasta and antipasti platters can only be recommended.

Great restaurant with typical Italian flair. Excellent dishes that are prepared with a lot of love and local ingredients. The out-of-home quality is also commendable.

This restaurant / café is awesome! We are reluctant to leave the place because it always tastes wonderful and so uniquely delicious here. Many thanks to the cook and his wife. We will be back.

Very fine, small Italian family restaurant. Everything is freshly prepared, many Sicilian specialties (also for sale - wine, pastries etc.) Even outside the home. Nice hosts! I can only recommend it.

The best Italian in the region

Fantastic pizza! We picked up a family size Pizza Verde with a prior telephone order! The pizza was great, the owners very friendly! There is also a selection of wines and other specialties (olive oil, pastries, etc.), we spontaneously took a wine with us and are looking forward to trying it out tonight! If it's as good as the pizza, it'll be a great way to end the day! Thank you so much! ❤️

Had ordered a table for 2 on recommendation. Since the menu offered few, fine dishes, we also expected a certain waiting time. Food was ordered three-quarter to seven, and then we sat by a water or a coke until nine-thirty. At some point the waitress came back to the table, then another wine could be ordered. The restaurant closes half past eight. At 5:30 a.m. the waiter asked what we had ordered to eat. And that with a total of 6 tables? We ordered the bill and were very upset. The one star is only for the boss's apology, the drinks went on the house. It is a pity that we went hungry and will not try to eat there again.
